Overview:
We are seeking an entry-level reliable Tow Truck Drivers to join our team. As a Tow Truck Drivers, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing and transporting vehicles to designated locations. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:
- Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations
- Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck, ensuring proper securement
- Perform basic automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle condition
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve minor issues on-site
- Safely operate a forklift to assist with loading and unloading heavy vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing any concerns or conflicts that may arise
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the tow truck
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic repairs
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and equipment
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Previous experience as a tow truck driver or in a related field is a plus
